Graveside services for Jacob Charles McKay will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at the Portales Cemetery with Rev. John Combs officiating.

Jacob Charles McKay was born on December 30, 1984, in Orange, California. He met Billy Gene McKay on January 14, 2006, and have been together until they were able to get married on May 23, 2015.

Jacob is survived by his husband, Billy Gene McKay of Portales; his mother, Denise Troup of Oklahoma City; his step father, Duane Troup of Oklahoma City, and two sisters, April Kelley and Kayla Troup both of Oklahoma City. He is preceded in death by his father, William Anthony Brummett.
