Jimmy Roy Garcia was born Aug. 14, 1944 in Guadalupita, NM to the home of Veneranda (Gonzales) and Francisco Garcia, and died Sept 17, 2019 in Portales, NM.

He is survived by his wife, Erma of the home; five brothers, Steve, Frank, Simon, Ernest and Pat Garcia and four sisters, Lillian Rogers, Stella Majors, Sally Clarkson and Maybel Carrasco. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Claudio and Joseph Garcia, a sister, Sandra Martinez, a son, Ivan Garcia in 2007 and a daughter, Evana Garcia who died as a baby.
