Jimmy Carl Harper was born Sept. 18, 1945 in Clovis, NM to the home of Margaret Elizabeth (Davis) and Richard Sealy Harper and died April 5, 2019 in Portales. Mr. Harper was a public school teacher until his retirement. He is survived by two brothers, Don Harper and Gary Harper. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
