Noah Jacob Lucero

Funeral services for Noah Jacob Lucero, 19, of Portales, will be at 10:00 AM, Wed., Sept. 4, 2019 at the Portales Church of God with Rev. Michael Gilcrest officiating.  Burial will follow in the Portales Cemetery with Nathaniel Lucero, Ian Lozano, Iziquiel Lozano, Diego Lucero, Douglas Lucero, Joel Lucero and Diego Lucero III.

Noah Jacob Lucero was born April 24, 2000 in Clovis, NM to the home of Doryan Lucero and died Aug. 29, 2019 in Portales.  He grew up in Portales and was active in the Portales Church of God from the time he was a little boy.  Noah was a very loving and generous young man.  He loved his family deeply, and was very caring and good with children.  Noah was fun loving, and always cutting up and joking.  He loved animals, and had hopes of becoming a zoologist.

He is survived by his mother, Doryan Lozano of Portales; four brothers, Nathaniel Lucero, Ian Lozano, Iziquiel Lozano and Brandon Mefford all of Portales; his grandparents, Sylvia and Diego Lucero; his uncles, Diego Lucero, Jr. and Douglas Lucero; and his cousins, Veronica Lucero, David Lucero, Detini Lucero, Davonica Calbert, jasmine Lucero, Joel Lucero and Diego Lucero III.
