Adrian Marc Allen

Funeral services for Adrian Allen, 35, will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Monday, October 2, 2023, in the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Don Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow in the Portales Cemetery with Isaiah Quintero, Michael Quintero, Shane Allen, Ty Allen, Kyle Allen and Robert Lizarraga serving as pallbearers.

Adrian Marc Allen was born on August 20, 1988, in Portales, New Mexico to the home of Ramona Michelle Quintero and Mark Ray Allen, and died on September 25, 2023, in Clovis, New Mexico.

Adrian grew up in Portales, and as a boy he enjoyed skate boarding and roller blading.  He participated in Little League sports in both basketball and soccer.  Adrian graduated from Portales High School in 2007.  After graduating, Adrian attended Eastern New Mexico University for a short time.  He moved to Albuquerque where he lived for several years before returning to his home.  For the past ten years, Adrian had lived in both Clovis and Portales, working at various jobs.  At one time he was employed as a cook at Cattle Baron Steak House.  Adrian was an excellent salesman, and worked as a Kirby Vacuum salesman, and also at Hamilton Big Country Ford.

Adrian is survived by his daughter, Kianna Vigil of Albuquerque; his mother, Ramona Quintero of Portales; his father, Mark Allen of Clovis; his brother Isaiah Quintero of Portales; his grandmothers Gloria Allen and Micaela Quintero of Clovis, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray Allen and Antonio Quintero and an uncle, Florentino Quintero.
