Alex Mike Rodriguez

Graveside services for Alex Rodriguez, 28, of Clovis, will be held at 2:00 PM, Tue., Oct 21, 2025 in the Portales Cemetery with Pastor Christopher Hernandez officiating.  Pallbearers will be Jimmy Arreaga, Marcos Guzman, Joe Bustamante, Jr., Michael Rodriguez, Martin Rodriguez and Jaime Sotelo.

Alex Mike Rodriguez was born Sept. 9, 1997 in Stanton, TX to the home of Araceli (Floriano)and Mike Rodriguez, and passed from this life on the afternoon of Oct. 15, 2025.  Alex grew up in Portales and was a 2016 graduate of Portales High School.  Alex fist began working with tires when he was fifteen, and had worked at various tire businesses over the past thirteen years.  He even had the title “Rubber Man” on the side of his truck.  For fun, he enjoyed skateboarding and spending time with family.

He is survived by his fiancé, Jessica Coker of Clovis; a son, Zayden Morgan of the home; his mother and father, Araceli and Angel Bustamante of Portales; four brothers, Michael Rodriguez, Martin Rodriguez, Angel Bustamante, Jr., and Jesus Bustamante; and a sister, Nicole Rosales of Weleetka, OK.
