Gail Allyn Starnes

Gail Allyn Starnes died at the Coronado Care Center in Portales on July 29, 2025. He was 81 years old.  He was born on August 31, 1943 in Portales to the home of Foy (Hawk) and Lee Outhouse.

Mr. Starnes was a carpenter and an artist. He was preceded in death by his sister Joyce Darrow.

He is survived by his brother-in-law Dennis Darrow and his nephew Gary Darrow.
