Jacqueline Harman was born Jacqueline Joyce Ramsey in Dibble, Oklahoma on August 21st, 1935 to the parents of Jack and Pauline Ramsey.  Jackie, as she was known to her friends attended Blanchard public schools before graduating with her teaching degree from Oklahoma College for Women in the spring of 1958 and she earned her master’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University in 1967.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Thomas Harman, and her brother Perry Ramsey.  She is survived in death by her son, Ron Harman and his wife JoAnn, brother Dan Ramsey, grandchildren; Chelsie Harman, Corey Harman and Charlie Bunteen and great grandchildren Harper DeLaRosa and Holden Dowlearn.
