Judith Elenor (Simms) Runnenburger

Judith Elenor Runnenburger  (Simms) was born on Sept. 3rd, 1941, to Virgil George Simms and Lois Jean Files in Albion, IL. When she was still young the family moved to Albuquerque, NM where Judy (as she was known to by her friends) showed livestock for 4-H and graduated from Albuquerque High in 1959.

Judy went on to be the mother of seven children (two girls and five boys). She was a homemaker as well as holding many different jobs over the years. Not one for being idle; Judy spent her free hours involved in some form of crafting project. Whether it was making Halloween costumes for her kids and grandkids, knitting a baby outfit for a new arrival, or just drawling for her own ideas on how to improve rooms in the house. Judy also loved to learn new recipes to feed her ever-growing family.

Judy left this world on November 1st, 2023. She is survived by her daughters Deborah Lynn Bonjour and her husband Richard, and Kerry Jean Nicholes and her husband Michael. Her sons Patrick Scott McGuire and his wife Lesa, Wayne Thomas McGuire and his wife Marci, David Andrew Londo and his wife Trish, Sean Allan McGuire and his wife Linda, and Jeffrey Michael McGuire. Plus, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, several aunts and uncles, and her little brother Richard.
