Lisa Gayle Summers

This obituary is posted as a courtesy to the family.

     Lisa Gayle Summers, 58, was born on October 31, 1967, in Portales, New Mexico, to William and Carol Summers and passed away on December 23, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas.

     Lisa graduated from Clovis High School in 1985.  She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eastern New Mexico University.  She served in the U.S. Air Force for five and a half years.  During this time, she was stationed in Germany and Turkey.  Lisa later worked for the Civil Service and Veteran’s Clubs in Clovis.

     Lisa was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Summers; her sister, Evelyn Aguirre and a nephew, Jordy Hayman.

     She is survived by her parents, William and Carol Summers; her brothers, William “Bo” Summers & wife Stacey of Rusk, Texas and Wesley Summers & wife Laura of Chatsworth, Georgia; a nephew, Dakota Hayman & wife Brenda; a niece, Savanna Gonzales, an aunt and uncle, Carl & Shirley Summers, and an aunt, Bonita Cherry.
