Robert Theodora Ortega

Robert T. Ortega has gained his wings on Dec. 29, 2020.  His family is his life.  Everything was about his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He enjoyed camping, taking vacations, swimming and dancing with his family.  He has left behind four daughters, Marline Ortega, Diane Luckey, Danielle Lake and Felicia Ortega-Lopez, and one son, Manuel "Manny" Ortega and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his mother and father, three sons, and one daughter.  He is very loved and will always be missed but never forgotten.  This poem best describes the person his is . . .

Man at his best, like water

Serves as he goes along.

Like water, he seeks his own level

The common level of life.

Loves living close to the earth,

Living clean down in his heart,

Loves kinship with his neighbors,

The pick of words that tell the truth,

The even tenor of a well run state,

The fair profit of able dealing!
